EuControl 2021.10 Crashing My System

Mojave 10.14.6
HD Native TB/MTRX Studio/Avid Arist Mix

So I occasionally ran into the "Pro Tools is critically short on memory" error and I would just reopen the app and everything would be fine. I know it was a know HDN TB issue. Yesterday I updated Eucon to 2021.10 and everything seemed to go downhill from there. My Mac Pro reset itself several times, then Pro Tools would give me the pinwheel and became unusable. Eventually the DigiLink section of in DADman went from Green Dots to Red Triangles basically saying the connection wasn't available. Then eventually my finder started to become unresponsive. Basically everything that could go wrong did.

I tried updating both Pro Tools Ultimate and HD Driver to 2021.10. It seemed to fix things, however after a reset I can no longer even get Pro Tools open. Every time I go to open it I get the dreaded "memory is critically low" error. I do have a backups but has anyone else came across this issue when updating? Been trying to fix things for about 4 hours now and have some pretty important sessions coming up.
