session is blank with none of the tracks

i am running pro tools 6.4. recorded a session 24 bit about 2 months ago. did some work to it yesterday. went into the session today and the session is now blank. all the audio files are in the audio folder, it's just not popping up in the session. this is the first time this has ever happened to me. does any one have a sulution? please help?
