Fairly new to Pro tools and I am in the process of downloading (I have also recently registered an Eleven Rack) and have some questions related to what I have available to download.

What is the difference between PT12 and PT12 T (in the event I upgrade in the future)?

They are grouped by version, so you should install the 11.x versions. The main installers you should download and run are:

• Pro Tools 11.3.2 Installer (Win) 1.09 GB
• AIR Creative Collection Instruments 11.3.1 Installer (Win) 2.47 GB
• AIR Creative Collection Effects 11.3.1 Installer (Win) 98.12 MB

Ignore the T, the difference is v12.3 vs v12.3.1. Review the Pro Tools Release Notes to see the changes between versions.

11 or 12. As stated at the bottom of the Licensing page they are included in the Annual Plug-in and Support Plan "available to owners of Pro Tools 11 and higher." Also stated in the Info for the 4th option here.
