Default Bounces out of time 12.4HD

I've been having strange 12.4 HD bouncing probs. Sometimes, there's a glitch in the head of the song. Other songs are bouncing but the tracks are out of time. These songs have always bounced and played back well on all other versions. Listening to the song in PT is fine. But bounced, it's a mess. It seems to be with non realtime bounces.

And strangely, since 12.4, all my CPU usage is up. Things max quicker, esp the Slate stuff. Was not an issue till 12.4.
