Default Pro Tools in Seattle

I am fairly new to pro tools and I live in seattle. I have read over and over again that 1 day with and educated pro tools user will save me a year of doing things the wrong way. Is there anybody that would allow me to come and watch a recording session or mixing session and would be willing to share with me a couple golden nuggets about recording. Even if you are like me and run and mbox and have a small studio, but you really know what you are doing I would appericiate it so much!!! My email is raifjochim@hotmail.com
