Mac doesn't see interface PT 12.5
Have been unable to get mac pro to recognise HD native interface with El Capitan and PT 12 point anything.
Digitest fine. PT 11.3 fine. Have installed system and just protools 12.5 on external drive and booted from that, still doesn't work. Seems to be a system level thing as audio midi setup doesn't recognise the HD native box. When protools does boot, it says the sample rate is 0. Can't change playback to engine to HD native, as all that's appearing is aggregate. Any suggestions? We've been trying since December last year. Seems a bit of a waste of a protools subscription if we can't actually use it! cheers, john.

HD interfaces and cards require an HD iLok asset.
