Awesome business model
- Fewer upgrades.
- Waiting several days to respond to support cases
- Higher upgrade costs.
- Failure to LISTEN to customers.
If I could move out the Pro Tools Ecosystem I would.
A lot of studios do. Are you caught up in hardware systems?
