Pro tools license is missing [SOLVED]

Hello,

Recently built a new system and having issue attempting to launch pro tools 12.8. On launch pro tools is asking to be activated.

I renewed my upgrade plan April 2017, I've also receive emails from Avid regarding delayed payment issues they've experienced. Not sure if any correlation.

When attempting to activate via the avid website I get the following message

This iLok account does not appear to have an eligible license for this upgrade.
Please ensure that your iLok account below is correct. For information on eligible products see the product description details on shop.avid.com or your Avid reseller.


Any suggestions?

Thanks to Avid support for correcting this issue - back up and running again!

License now appearing on ilok.
