M-powered supports time-code but doesn't have a time-code GUI.

nm, I got it. They have this thing set up so stupid. Rather than selecting the ADAT output for the preamp they have you do it backward: "which input do you want for ADAT 1/2?" anyway, thanks everyone
Anyway, ADAT in/out through protools, SR on for all adat outs, 2626 syncs up perfect... no midi, no smpte, no other junk :)
