Having problems with midi in pro tools 10

hi! im from argentina and im new at this so im sorry for my writing mistakes before i start!
i recently update my pro tools to 10.0.2 and everything works fine, except for my oxygen49 (m-audio), the midi channel gets the signal but nothings happens in de instrument channel! no signal at all! besides that problem most of the plugins i reinstal in the avid folder are not being recognized by pro tools! i lost my xpand2 plugin and the grand-piano plug in!

Can anybody help me?? thanks!!
