How to get PT9 with PCIx to PCIe crossgrade?

I believe who goes PCIx to PCIe now should get PT9, there was PT8 in the box with the cards and when registering the new PCIe cards PT9 license was not sent to the ilok account.

How to get it?

I went through that last month with a client's crossgrade. You have to open a support ticket which triggers an email correspondence where you send them a copy of your purchase receipt and they'll manually register you.

Actually it turned out in our case the free PT9 activation code was automatically sent but ended up in the spam folder! All good now.
