You didn´t tell us for which version of PT however I could see in your profile you use PT10, right?

Sorry, I forgot to mention I use PT10.

There are so many People making PT Vid's it's hard to distinguish who really knows what they're talking about.

I'll check out those Videos.

Pro Tools Expert has some great tips from time to time besides just reviews.

One piece of advice is to not take everything you learn in a tutorial as "law". Different people have different ways to do the same thing. So just because you see something that's different from how you work or different from something you saw from someone else doesn't mean it's necessarily wrong. But there is some bad information out there. Just how to learn how to filter it.
