Default DIGI001 WINDOWS XP

Hi everyone!
I'm currently using a Digi001 and Protools LE 5.1 under Windows 98 SE and I'm about to change this for Windows XP.So if you're using that card under XP I'd like to know about it. Did you experience some improvements on stability and latency figures? Is PT 6 worth the upgrade?
I'd also like to know about any drivers issues or any software/hardware problems you could have encountered. Thanks for sharing your experiences...

Vince.

I'm running 001 on an XP system with PT 6.1.1 with no problems whatsoever. But, I never had any problems with 5.3, either.
The most important thing is: What is your pc setup going to be? Processor, memory, drives, etc.

Paul

Vince,

I reciently upgraded to windows XP pro and pro tools 6.1. My system could not be more stable at this point.

My only problem has been with my windows media player. I can't seem to get that to work

But I do have to say that my pro tools setup is working better than ever!

Good luck on your upgrade..It's well worth it!

Take care
