Free BF plugins

Could someone post a site where i can get help usng these plugins? I just DLed them and installed them. Are these for mastering only? Also, when i finish say a 8 track mix, should I bounce it then import it back in a L and R track, then apply EQ,comp,ect. Or record the mix to a stereo track? I' ve got some good mixs but they lack openness. Before you say, send it to a ME, i have heard some wonderful PTLE CD's. Here in AZ. theres the conservatory school of recording and I heard this guys CD he did on PTLE at guitar center where i used to work. thanks guys.
