Default Help setting up an Oxygen49 controller

Hello all,

I recently picked up Pro Tools MP 9 and the M-Audio Mobile Pre interface. I have been using Cubase for a very long time now. So far everything is working great. I just have a couple things that are going to make me pull my hair out.

I am currently using Reason 5 for my drum and synth / piano tracks. I have gotten to the point where I am running Reason in ReWire slave mode.

My problem is this. I would like to be able record in real time in PT 9 using the audio from my devices in Reason. I have followed all of the instructions from the propellerhead site:

http://www.propellerheads.se/substan...icle=protools2

to route the signal.

However when I go Setup > MIDI > MIDI Studio Setup to set up my controller, the M-Audio brand does not show up in the provided list.

How do I get Pro Tools MP 9 to recognize my M-Audio Oxygen49 USB controller?

HELP! =)

This question makes me think it's an issue with the driver. Have you installed it? Or if you already have, did you try re-installing or repairing it?

I noticed you posted this a few days ago...If you've already figured out, then disregard.

My AxiomPro 49 didn't show either, I found it funny that M-Audio isn't listed being that Avid & M-audio are so intertwined ....

I added it manually then made sure it's listed in "Pref>Midi/Sync tab>controlled surfaces;" chosing the ins/outs."

Check the drivers and reinstall them. Reinstall the latest drivers from the M-Audio website. Make sure you check things thoroughly in Input Devices. Check to see if other software recognizes the devices in question. Also check PERIPHERALS and make sure MTC is checked also to get things going for the Play/Start button!
