pro tools 10 with keyrig 49

Hello. Im new to pro tools and i hope someone can give me an answer!

So I have installed pro tools 10.0.1 and the newest driver for keyrig 49, but
whenever i open pro tools, an error message pops up saying
"Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on. Click ok when the hardware is ready."
I can't figure out what the problem is.

Also im wondering if Keyrig 49 is even supported by pro tools 10 because
on http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...p?DocId=422327 ,
it is not listed as a supported interface, but on http://www.avid.com/US/products/fami...-Tools/compare , it says that all M-Audio interfaces are supported.

Hello, I'm experiencing problems with my M-Audio Key Rig 49, too.

The stand-alone software works well, but when I try to open it as an RTAS plugin on an Instrument Track in Pro Tools 10, I'll just get a blank (grey) window. I can play and hear a piano sound, but there is absolutely no way to change presets.

I have already installed the latest drivers for the keyboard and updated Key Rig Software to 1.1.0.4.6 (latest version on M-Audio website).
I'm using Windows 7 Premium 64-bit and Pro Tools 10.2. All software and drivers are up-to-date.

Do you have any advice? Should I contact M-Audio support?
