projectmix inputs

so I just picked up a projectmix, seems to be working seamlessly, just cant figure out how bring the inputs into protools m-powered. I'm also using a m-audio 1010LT, and its inputs are the only ones that show up in the I/O dropdown menu. However, the signal does show up in the projectmix firewire control panel. Protools responds to the controls, just not its mic pre's...
I have a feeling its something simple... Ideas?

(still accepting suggestions, if anyone knows of a way to use mulitple I/O cards...)

p.s. is it just me or is it lame that mpowered isnt compatable with it's own cards?

I would sell/trade in the 1010LT and get a behringer ADA8000 or something similar

not a bad solution, actually considering the presonus octane.... but once again I find myself having to spend money expectedly because of m-audio's incompatability issues. nature of the beast I guess.

I'm interested to hear what digidesign has to say about making interfaces that dont co-operate with each other? Any plans for future support?
