damm...29 would be awesome :)

well, i will not install 1.3 with a lower PT Version or another DAW. I know myself...would never realy usw it since its too circuitous (hope thats the right translation).
i asked air friendly for a promo code...letz see if i get an answer...otherwise i will have to pay the full price or i will put transfuser into the trash...not sure yet.

As far as I am concerned AIR MUSIC TECHNOLOGY is the worst VI company ever. Incorrect information of the website, delivery of faulty upgrades (remember the week long debacle when nobody was reachable) no response to emails, a user forum which is totally useless (it has a banner saying air music tech is there to help which is hilarious) and with complaint after complaint that remains unanswered.

I'm interested to see how this plays out. I'm currently looking for the most cost-effective solution to get Transfuser 2.0. Good luck and please keep us posted.

Still no answer from Air. I liked transfuser pretty much, but thats unacceptable in my opinion! Not only that they want me to pay twice, but that i dont get not even a lil support. not even an answer...weird, that avid is working with them...

I had the same thing happen with Hybrid. I had version 1.6 and missed out during the upgrade discount period because I didn't know about it at the time. When I contacted them as others are suggesting the reply I received was I had to buy it at full price again. After reading here in the DUC about all the problems people were having I decided not to pay them full price. They lost a customer in me that with a little love they could have kept. I would have upgraded to their full package with just a little bit of a break. I suspect there are many more that did the same thing.

Exactly. There's just no way I'll pay full price for both Velvet and Strike AGAIN.
They lost another customer. What a terrible policy.

It's not full price. $129.99 will upgrade your old Strike license to a new license for the entire Instrument Expansion Pack 2.02 which contains, among other instruments, Strike and Velvet http://www.airmusictech.com/kb/article/1378

No, that's only if you already have Strike 2.0.2.
I have the older versions of both Velvet and Strike, and would have to pay full price if I want to use them again.

Oops, you're right. I misread the chart.
