PT license finally deposited to ilok but wrong subscription
My initial problem was the fact that my PT license never deposited to my ilok, but today @ 1:59am it finally did.
I did not activate license. I chose the wrong subscription. I chose annual when I meant to chose month to month. Is it possible to have my subscription changed over? Original case # 04089518 Believe its been escalated at this point.

Create a Support Case. If things are delayed for some reason we can escalate your case number.

I think we got it sorted. First sub cancelled and in the process of refunding to me. New sub purchased and protools is up and running on my machine flawlessly. Thanks guys for helping out the noob!
