Default Xeon Processor & digi001 LE: Chipset Question

Hello,

I receieved a free PC from a friend. a Dell Xeon 3.06 ghz Proc. with a gig of RAM 3 harddrives, WXP pro...(not a dual processor)...I've been running my digi 001 5.1 on my old 1.33 AMD Thunderbird and want to upgrade to the protools LE 5.3 on the Xeon.

compatibility docs say the intel 845, 850, 860, chipsets are supported. this machine has the Intel E7505 motherboard/chipset originally designed for a dual proc. though this PC only contains a single proc.. (it has hyperthreading which I'll have to disable and service Pak 2 which both will have to go according to digi)

Does anyone here know if this Intel E7505 chipset will work on a digi 001 LE? Is there a prefered slot and IRQ setting for the 001's PCI card on a Xeon?

thanks
