Hi,
anyone has found a solution to this issue? I'm having the same behaviour, it's started after I 've upgraded from 9.2 to 9.4 (I guess) thanks

This just happened to me (legit 10.3) and I found this thread with a quick google search, only to see that I posted about this same subject in 2008. Still no solution, and I can't remember how I fixed it in 2008.
