Default Pan do not work

Hi,

When I playback my session and try to pan a track in PT it doesn't do anything. How can I make the pan to work in PT when I listen the session and try to mix?

Thanks!

Is anything playing in stereo?
Maybe check your headphones, cable, plug / adaptor? If you're listening on speakers check that your power amp was not accidentally switched to bridge mode?

Do the PT output meters appear to follow panning?

All good idea above. And in addition...

Was it working before and now is not?

If you are not sure about stuff playing in stereo create a new empty session and add a stereo audio track and drag and drop a know good stereo MP3 or similar song onto that track and play that back does it play back in stereo OK?

If that does not play back as stereo... are you listening on monitors or headphones? What exact type of cable ends are plugged into what exact ports on what make/model interface? Try both headphones and monitors if you have them.

When this problem is happening does the sound seem to come out one speaker/headphone side or the other? Or from the middle?

Can you show the problem in a simple as possible session and include a screenshot of the mix window showing the IO selectors, any sends etc. in legible detail and also add a screenshot of the setup>IO>output and setup>IO>output pages.
