Protools 2019.12.0 Installer Checksum issue can't install

Hi All,

I can't install PT 2019.12.0 on Catalina 10.15.2.

I have tried both the avid link installer and website installer:

1) The Avid Link installer will let me start the install then fails with this message:"The installation failed, Contact Manufacturer" (See screenshot)

2) If I try launch the Avid Link installer independently it gives a message checksum failed (see screenshot)

3)The web installer won't pass validation and gives message that the installer is damaged (see screenshot)

Any help would be appreciated as I'm currently stuck....

* MacBook Pro 2019 I9
* OSX 10.15.2

Do you have another browser you can use?
Let me understand: one of the methods you tried & failed on is downloading the installer from your Avid account right? And that barfs?
Any kind of antivirus or script blocker running?

Did you find a solution for this? I'm having the exact same problems.
Have tried to re download several times with different browsers and through Avid Link still won't work.

Go to your account.avid.com and download from there

I wonder if this is a Mac only problem and if so could it be the T2 chip in modern Macs causing the problem? I mention that because Christopher has trashcans and I have a cheesegrater and no problem downloading 2019.12.

Sorry was busy and just focused on avid link

There is something wrong with the throttling on the Avid servers. I've never had so much trouble downloading and I've tried both my account and the Avid link. I'm on 24 hours and it's still downloading so it's at their end.

Just tried downloading from avid link and myAvid account to try for you and took less than 3 minutes for the whole installer so something is very screwed up on your end.
