The permanent license is sitting on your iLok account. Login to your ilok account again using your iLok License manager. Then activate your permanent license on your iLok key.

I bought my HD upgrade in December right after the news that I would get free support and upgrades... but there is no PT12HD in my account, and when I try to add this: "Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 update (Qty: 1)", to my ilok account, I get this: "There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account."
My ilok account shows Protools 11HD Bundle...

I just checked your Avid account and I found your upgrade on it. Please log into your account and go to "Products Not Yet Downloaded".

I did see that, but when I try to download it, I get this: "There are no qualifying upgrade products on this iLok account. Please try another iLok account."
My ilok account has the PT11HD asset.

Having trouble using the PT12 upgrade. It's asking me to purchase a license. Version 11.3 worked fine and I was told I can upgrade to 12 from 11. Can someone help?

Looks like because I received the upgrade in December as a gift (and I don't have an original receipt), I don't get the free update to PT12HD, even though the asset is in my Avid account.
So much for the thousands and thousands spent over the last decade with Avid/Digidesign...

Unfortunately, we need to verify your purchased date by means of your official receipt. Because only those who PURCHASED AND ACTIVATED their HD upgrade from November to December 31, 2014 are eligible for the free upgrade.
