Default triggering a downloaded sample?

Hi,
I just downloaded a set of samples from the web (of one acoustic instrument); they are in .nki and .wav format. I'd like to trigger the samples of this instrument as individual notes, using my midi keyboard.

The only sample library I have is Garriton Personal Orchestra, which comes with it's own Kontakt player.

Do I need to purchase another plug-in, like the full version of Kontakt, just to play this one set of samples of one instrument? I don't want to purchase a whole sample library. I just need something to play this sample...

Thanks!
