c/24 no sound in left speaker out

hi to all, i buy new control 24,but in left side of stereo speaker out (control room)some time have no sound ,and whene i tuch the output cable the suond come back.also when i new turn on the c/24 it always no sound.and when i bring up the volume of croom out of c/24 about more than half this problem more repeted.i test my cable but this is ok,also it is in my digi snake package and also i change it by other one but problem steel to be.is it about power supply problem?i read some common problem in c/24 that means that power supply must be change,and also read about older c/24 that have problem in power supply.
is there any body to help me.thanks

this is the wrong forum for this post, but it sounds like you have a short in the cable if it comes in and out when you touch the wire.

ok,i think so but when i change my cable this problem steel to be and i think somthing wrong inside the c/24.also when put the volume up (speaker out c24)more repeat in and out.
