Opportunity for Eleven Rack Updates/Improvements

I posted this in an 11R FB group, but I'm trying to share as far and wide as possible.

• Do you want a working editor that doesn't need manual iLok fixing to prevent it from wrecking your PC?

• Do you want USB drivers that work on the latest OS's (maybe even making the device class compliant)?

• Do you want the expansion pack to be transferable so if you need to factory reset your second hand unit you don't risk losing it?

• Do you want somewhere to actually buy the expansion pack now it has practically disappeared from all retailers (maybe it could even be made free)?

• Do you want the mythical Expansion Pack 2, with possible features like IR Loading, Pitch FX and more additions you would like (e.g. I would love Dimension and Tri-Chorus)?

Well, the Eleven Rack is a "supported" unit, with support until July 2024 according to the website.

Surely you will agree at least a couple of these shouldn't be problems on a "supported" unit?

Well, it can happen. But you've gotta tell Avid and convince them it's worth doing!

To do this, you need to get the Avid Link app, available on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

Login, (create an account if you yet have one), and head to "Lounges -> Feature Requests -> Pro Tools".
From here, make your request! Be sure to search the "11R" & "Eleven Rack" etc. so you can like and comment on the other feature requests for the Eleven Rack.

This all stems from a conversation I had with the X (twitter) "Avid Customer Care" team. I have already submitted a feature request, but they told me
"It just needs more reports/votes up from users with the same request so it would be pushed up to the dev team.".

So, let's get those votes and requests in and see if we can get more for the 11R before support ends. Be sure to share this with any other 11R users you know.
