PT 7 LE with tascam 1800 interface

Hope someone can answer my question. I have a tad am US1800 interface and needing to know if pro tools 7le will work with it. I've tried to do some research on comparison to see both would be compatible together. Thank you

Not going to work. All versions of LE will only work with Digidesign-branded hardware. Pro Tools 9 and newer SHOULD work with it, if it has a good Core Audio(Mac) or ASIO(windows) driver(on a PC, ASIO4ALL might also work). But LE(any version) is not going to work
