Apogee ensemble with C24 h

Hi, I'm currently using an apogee ensemble with a digi 003. I was considering upgrading to the c24 but will I be able to use the ensemble with the c24 at the same time?
Reason I ask is because right now with my ensemble and 003, pro tools recognizes them both as interfaces, it's one or the other, not both. So I can only use one at a time.
I am trying to record and mix at the same time without switching I/O's
