Default SC261 failure

Our SC261 isn't booting correctly. After several attempts, all I'm seeing is gibberish on the display. It's not code. It's just random text.

Thoughts?

Is replacing the SC261 computer with a different model number (i.e. SC262) an option?

Lastly, does anyone have a spare SC261 available?

Thanks in advance for the assistance!

Since you're in Nashville, check with allproelectronics as they are local and are an Avid-approved service house
