Check out the LaCie Porsche series from BHPhotovideo.com. I run one of those no issues and Im not on el capitan as I had to roll back twice. Its quick and looks super cool. I checked the website and you can stack 3. An 8tb is around 320, 6 is around 2TB and 4TB 150 if I recall. Pretty cheap and really nice and quiet. Peter

I'm on a Focusrite Clarett 2Pre Thunderbolt and ROCK SOLID. Never had this kind of steady performance from PT. Not a single complaint. PT now operates as I had always hoped it would & should.

Same here! I was having all kinds of intermittent errors with Avid HD I/O, HD Native and the Omni Combo. Switched to Apollo, and your right its been flawless. Not to mention (to my ears) it sounds a lot better and my mixes translate better. The drivers are incredibly stable.

Good to hear because i suspect that some of my bugs are caused by my slow usb2 interface. I've noticed the Focusrite Claretts too and may go for one of those
