Default can\'t download 6.9.2 update \"Software code specifi

I am trying to download the 6.9.2 update, I created a login with my e-mail to download the update, I get to the page that tells you to enter your software code from inside the user manual hard copy, which i have tried repeatedly and I keep gettin a "Software code specified is invalid" error. I am not surprised as this has been my luck with digi, unless I am doing something wrong, which I hope is the case because I don't feel like pulling teeth to get this fixed. Any help would be EXTREMELY appreciated!
