M Audio Axiom 25 (Gen 1) with ProTools HD 12

I have a M Audio Axiom 25 (Gen 1) with ProTools HD 12 and Kontakt 5. I got everything working but can’t figure out how to get the transport controls to work.

I’ve done everything in this link.
