Reason 3/Rewire Question

Using PTLE6.9 and using NN19 on an aux/MIDI track(s). How do I record another instrument using the NN-XT but keeping the original NN19 track? Another aux/MIDI track(s)? Tried that and Reason inserts on the 2nd aux but won't come up. Any help???

There are a couple of different ways, depending on what you are trying to acheive.

If you're routing everything through the reason mixer, all you have to do is add NN-XT to the rack, create a new MIDI track and assign it's output to the NN-XT. Volume of the two units this way is controlled on the Reason rack.

If you want to control volume and or process each in PT, you would have to bypass the reason mixer and use the direct audio channels (flip the rack around and re-plug), then assign the rewire on each aux the the audio channels you select for each.
