Default Avid account issues
I have MP3 Export on the old system, but I can't find it in my account? I mean, it's been a few years, but I swear I bought in directly from Avid. Why isn't it in my account?

No, it is not. Can't find it anywhere. But I did print the receipt out on paper back in 2005, and I found it just now.

Does it have a code? like HOTT GIRLS LOVE COLD BEER? At one time Digi CSA would convert that to a iLok asset if you called in. I'm not sure that they still do that. I got both of mine turned into iLok assets as I recall.

I had trouble finding some of my purchases until i realized you to select the year! then look at purchase history etc

Stig's order receipt and authorization were in an older Avid/Digi account with a previous email address in the View Order History - 2005.

Stig, check your email for more information.
