Strange character display on Profile

So this backwards apostrophe just appeared on the top line on the output display on the Profile. Restarted the console and it still appears. It stays there even with the console off and the surface still on. Any thoughts as to what the issue may be and how to clear it up? See picture below.

hi Brian,

Does it go away if you turn on insert mode? (so other characters are displayed in the upper row).

Otherwise you could try reloading the panel firmware, go to Options>Devices and control-shift right click on the right side of the Profile and choose "Download Main Firmware".

If the character is permanently stuck you may need to replace the display.

When I turn on insert mode it does disappear, however, there is an "r" displayed instead of whatever number should be there. This was consistent no matter what channel or insert was selected.
I did as you recommended and downloaded the main firmware, and the problem did not go away.
