Hi! I just bought the 11R and hooked it up to ProTools.

I have the Mbox3 set as my interface and have 11R spdif'd. I have defaulted all I/O's.

I can't seem to get any audio input when I set up a gtr track from the 11R. I can hear it via the 11R headphone jack so i know my path is good to the unit. I select and record via spdif input but no sound (i have toggled between audio inout mode too)

I feel like I have all the set up correct and selected but I know I am missing something...

If the Mbox is your interface and the Eleven Rack is hanging off that via S/PDIF then Pro Tools is not really directly "hooked up" to the Eleven Rack. I just want to be clear you realize it won't for example show up in the IO settings. All you will see is the Mbox 3 and be able to use it's S/PDIF inputs and outputs.

The Eleven Rack User Guide has very good documentation for doing this. Are you following that?

It's impossible to help you without knowing *exactly* what you are trying to do and *exactly* how you have things connected together and what all the relevant settings are in the Eleven Rack. Starting with exactly what cable is plugged into exactly what (so what S/PDIF cables are connected between what exact connections on the boxes? A easy mistake is to forget to cross over the S/PDIF cable(s)).

Are you playing live guitar into the Eleven Rack? Or trying to reamp from Pro Tools?

What is Digital Out on the Eleven Rack set to? Mirror Main?

Start with the Eleven Rack as the clock source to make it easy, and just a S/PDIF cable from the Eleven Rack S/PDIF out to Mbox S/PDIF In). What sample rate is the session at? Set the Eleven Rack user options are set to that sample rate and the eleven rack clock source is set to internal. Make sure you are using a proper digital/75 ohm/video cable not an audio RCA cable.
