Default Newb here Needs HELP with Pro tools E

Hey, Sorry if this is posted in the wrong form or section but i really really really need some help with getting my pro tools to work. I installed everything on my software disc but for some reason when i click on pro tools it pulls up the load screen, sits there for about 2 seconds and then it disappears on me.. Anyone know what i should do?

thanks in advance

I'll have to check myself but I think you don't have enough video memory to run pro tools assuming you're running version 8. From the sandra report you only have 32 megs of ram.

Can you dedicate more memory for the video card. Sorry I don't know your machine.

I would focus more on the IE8 issue at hand if that's installed.
