Got an answer from Avid Support within the hour on a Sunday! I am impressed. They said the issue it currently at engineering and will be fixed.

My Undo problem seems to be in that mix session, works in other sessions.

This has been "freshly" logged as a 12.5 bug. So while it's been around for a while, here's hoping now that 12.5 is out the door, it's in line for a fix now.

Same annoying bug here (PT HD 12.4+Yosemite)...

And also, has anyone noticed that, in a stereo session, selecting the left pan of a stereo track shows "panC" in the track's menu, and "PanE" when selecting the right pan??...
What's up with that?!

The shortcut problem is solved with 12.5.2 I didn't have time yet to test with 12.5.1.
