I thought that Avid and Apple have a better long standing connection than this **** show... How hard can it be for Apple to roll out an update on a pre-planned date?? And how long should it reasonably take to add an app that was not even scheduled? Just look at the other platforms... I guess it takes hours, if not less - if you want to make it happen. It is just a small update, for Franks sake.

We are working with Apple. They rejected it because we can't link to avid.com anymore for the EuControl download or support page. As you can imagine this would cause massive confusion for any new downloads, not knowing how to get it working/connected.

Please make a statement once Apple has approved the app so we know to begin checking for the update.

It's rough for those of us with a mix Android tablets and iPads. Rolling back is easy on the Mac .. and (obviously) a non-issue for the out-of-date iPad apps... but it's quite a bit of ugliness on the Android tablets...

We'll all just have to be a little patient... this WILL get fixed.
