Strike and Alesis USB Pro Drum kit

Anybody using this set up? I've tried the Alesis USB pro to trigger BFD lite, no problem, I just don't like the sounds that come with this Lite version, but since I have Strike, which offers more sounds suitable for my taste, I decided to create "kits", and "mixes" on Strike, but I've encounter so many glitches, that it's almost imposible to pair these two. First, once I recall my kit and save mix, as soon as i step on the hi hat pedal (for close position) everything freezes, and protools shuts down, I restart, same thing, my only way around it, is to turn off Stike (no insert), then select it back again on the drop down menu of plugs, and load a factory preset, then create a new mix and kit. Once I save the session, and exit protools, the next time I open the session, the same problem occurs, over and over again. I'm even thinking of buying the full version of BFD, or EZ Drummer, or anything else, but it sucks, because I paid for a full version of Strike, that doesn't work properly with all the bugs. I know, the Alesis USB drum kit is very new, but c'mon, I works great with BFD, I don't see why it wouldn't with Strike?
