Default Not even Xpand2 in PT 11??

So I installed PT 11 and it fired up and it’s all beautiful and I can see all 8 cores on my mac now , but the plugin cabinet is bare. And you can’t even use Xpand2???? Or Boom?? Or mini Grand? Why couldn’t they include a 32bit bridge like all the other DAWS have so you can at least use 32 bit AAX plugins until the 64 bit stuff comes out. None of my NI stuff is 64 bit as of yet. This is crazy. If they wrote it from the ground up, why couldn’t they just use AU or VST which has tons of 64 bit stuff available at least on the native side. Just my 2 cents, and oh of course I still love Pro Tools, but why oh why??

In your Avid account there is a separate download for the PT 11 instruments.

Totally agree here

No instruments to talk about at all ready for AAX2

Well, waiting and emailing companies is the only path right now.

While you might be upset your favorite VIs are not available, there *are* VIs available today. Toontrack Superior Drummer and EZ Drummer are working. Great Drum VIs. EZkeys is also available in AAX-64 (I personally don't use a piano VI, but it is shipping).
