Additional Value Content - manual downloads outdated

Not a biggie, but ... I've got a comment regarding the manual downloads of the Pro Tools additional value software.

Problem:
I can't (conveniently) provide updates of value added content to my non-internet connected Pro Tools computer.

Cause:
You (Avid) provide a manual way of downloading Additional Value Content when logged into our accounts at avid.com. These downloads seem to be outdated compared to whats available through the Application Manager (which requires an internet connection).

As a cautious guy, or maybe an "old schooler" if you like, I usually don't provide my Pro Tools computer/equipment a subnet mask. I do this in order to prevent them from interacting with the internet - or rather to prevent the internet from interacting with my stuff. I'm depending on downloading things manually using my internet connected laptop to share these installers locally.

Proposed solutions:
1. Would it be possible to have the links at avid.com frequently updated?
2. Would it be possible to have the Application Manager be able to download things not for the purpose of installing but for local storage/distribution? Maybe provide a kind of "checkboxes and a one-click to download all" feature?
