Help!

I have Pro Tools M box 7.3. I am trying to export tracks to send them to a friend to upload on his system. They need to be exported as wave files for him to upload as he is using Sonar.
Anyone?

Consolidate everything from Bar 1 Beat 1, select all the consolidated tracks and Export Regions as Files.
