Hi there! If you want to use the click plug-in with the low latency monitoring on, you have to create an audio track instead of AUX track and use the click plugin there. Check out these free sample movies. There's a movie called using click tracks.

You may want to do what I did to save time. I created 4 bar clicks(.wav) at several tempos and saved them to a folder naming them 110bpm, 105bpm, etc. Whenever I need a click, I just import the closest bpm wave file and time stretch/compress it to the grid for 4 bars>highlight the region>Alt-R(repeat) 30-40 times and my click is ready to go.

Set the input to the Aux Track with the click plug-in to an unused bus.

Rail, this no longer seems to work universally in 6.9 LE. I'll need to do a few more tests to see exactly when it does and does not work in 6.9...but I know for sure it doesn't always work anymore. In my latest session at 96k, the click plugin required a hardware input, not just a buss input, in order to work at all...which of course results in a disabled plugin when in Low Latency mode.

You can still fake it out by putting a Trim plug-in in front of the click plug-in and using an unused bus for the Aux Track's input.
