Reverse button in Pro Tools 12 HD

Don't you think that there should be some kind of button to reverse an audio clip instead of having to go to the audiosuite to do it? I think it makes you loose focus having to do it this way. Make it simple, please!

I could agree some features is way too far away.
Overall i'd like to see some degree of customization options.
Right-click the audio with a custom menu with your most used tools for example.
I'd also like a quick right-click option for replacing the referring audio file of a region or clip as well as "show in finder".

AVID just aint the inventing audio dudes yet. But we'll see what comes out now when monthly fees rolling in for their development crews :)

Store a Window Configuration with the Reverse plugin GUI and it will be one keystroke away at all times.

Never thought of using window configs for audiosuite plugs, thanks Drew!

Just added a config for dialog cleanup with reverse plus my most used RX4 modules. I can think of several other plugin chains that would be handy for sound design, etc.

Anyway it would be much faster and easier if a button like the volume clip just was hanging there waiting to be clicked whenever you needed that clip played backwards. Easy feature. Please Avid!

Just playing backwards (no rendering) ? Then numeric keypad pref to Shuttle and 4 on the numeric keypad, at least on PT 11 HD.

Why would they add such a specific feature that VERY few people would use/need when there are already incredibly simple and fast ways to accomplish the task?
