ATA Harddrive for Mac+Digi001?
Which ATA HD (a/v) do you guys out there recommend ( based on your own experience )
to run on a G4 + Digi001? I do know the specs for such drive! but I need the exact brandname and type. thanks [This message has been edited by Kambiz (edited January 26, 2000).] |

i have a seagate barracuda ata/66. 20 gigs, seek time of like 7.9 ms or so. i got mine for $180, but the norm is around 200-225 i believe.

A bunch of people have the Maxtor DiamondMaxPlus ATA/66 7200RPM, 27.2GB, 2MB cache drive (including myself). It's in the low $200s. Works perfect on a G4/001 setup.
