Can anyone help?-Missing iLok

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help.

I bought pro tools 10 a few years ago to use with my neeko xxl, after having countless issues with the neeko I sent it back for repairs and left my pro tools disc and USB thing in there. Once I received the neeko back after repairs (still broken)
The USB fob and protools disc where missing. Open labs who make the neeko denied point blank that they were in the neeko to start with which I know is a lie.

I still have my codes etc emailed to me from avid from way back when. I'm assuming I could redownload the installation files but does anyone know the best way to get the USB fob replaced as if just purchased a windows laptop for the first time in years and have no windows compatible daws anymore 😭

Contact I-lok directly. And next time, don't let the I-lok (USB thing) out of your sight.

Indeed, inform iLok.com that your iLok is lost, buy a new iLok and request the license be moved to the replacement(and it may take a week or two).

Avid isn't I-lok. They can't do anything for you on this one.

First, you have the report the iLok lost to Pace (the iLok people). Once they've documented it as lost, you then have to approach Avid and beg for a replacement license. You'll have to purchase a support code to do this.
