Video will import, show on track but not in videoscreen
Hi there,
I'm running Pro Tools 11 on a fresh copy of windows 7x64 with an i7cpu and 16GB of RAM. I'm trying to work on a video but when I import it the videoscreen shows a 'screenshot' of the underlying Pro Tools screen and nothing else. I can play the video back, I can put audio under it but it won't show the video. - I downloaded and installed the avid codec packs - I tried converting the video to DNxHD and MP4 (even though the file works perfectly on my win10 system in PT11) - Of course I downloaded Quicktime before installing Pro Tools Any more ideas? Screenshot: 1. 2. I can move the screen around, resize is and when making it bigger it glitches. Last edited by Fluxus; 06-28-2017 at 04:37 PM. |
