Could Not Complete Request Error

has anyone had experience with this? I installed LE 6.1 on my Powerbook 1ghz w/700+ mb of ram and I was recording a track last night and the error came up. It would not respond to pushing the stop button, it just kept recording. Then Protools unexpectedly quit.
